John Chambers, owner of Joe's Sandwich Shop  is recognized for successfully meeting the prescribed requirement by examination of the National Restaurant Associate's ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Course entitled Serving Safe Food. The course offered the most up-to-date, management-oriented information on food safety. The course address the issues of foods, clean/sanitize/mains.,facilities, monitoring food personnel, and temp. measuring devices, allergens, high-risk populations, legal/regulatory issues, facility layout/design and training employees.

Joe's  territory was roughly untouched. The nearest food service prepare was located a mile or more away. Their are numerous Industrial companies adjacent to Joe's; as well as the surrounding community.That's what has made this location an outstanding sources since 1992.

     Founded in 1992 under the name Chambers Market, and began to sell fresh produce and fireworks. In 1993 Joe's being an outstanding source for the community . This micro business grew within one year, Joe change the name to Joe's Sandwich & Grocery; and completed the construction of the present establishment. The product line expanded to include a sufficient extent of staple goods, as well as hot foods , ready to eat and other products lines. Joe's is located in the deep south in a small town call (Presidential Heights) Canton, Mississippi, 39046.
